ESA McIntosh refocuses sales team
Ramsay McDonald becomes Sales Director covering the whole education market, not just the PPP funded sector as had been the case. Iain Borthwick who previously looked after all non PPP sales becomes Strategy Director.
Commenting on the changes, Howard Plaut, Managing Director of ESA said, 'We are seeing a coalescence of the education market with many of our clients operating in all sectors so it makes good sense to ensure that we maximise our opportunities by combining our sales forces into one unified team.
In parallel, there are distinct changes happening in the way the market works and here at ESA we need to position ourselves to ensure that we respond to the changing market by constantly improving our products, our services and our processes and ensuring that everyone is aware of the value that ESA can bring to their projects, Iain will be instrumental in making this happen.'
